Now offering our 2 bedroom (plus small upstairs room that could be a bedroom or office), 1 bath home on 9.4 acres, with 4 outbuildings (2 with electric), in The Missouri Ozarks (SW/Central Missouri) for $69,900 (negotiable - make offer). Was $79,900. If you're looking to rebuild your credit then we can help. You can get this place by doing a 'lease-option to buy ' or 'lease-purchase' . All you would need is $4,000 down and you can move in. We are leaving ALL the appliances (electric stove/oven, refrigerator, wash machine, dryer, upright heavy duty freezer, 3 air-conditioners, and a wood stove). There are 4 outbuildings. 1 wood shed, 1 small-ish tool shed (has electric), 1 large (garage size) shed that has a working riding mower in it that works and stays, 1 craft house with electricity, and an above ground pool that just needs a new liner and sand filter. It's a 24'x24' octagonal pool with small deck. Plus: 1.5 Mbps DSL is available! I was told that I should also mention that it's on a paved (chip'n seal) road. The road in both directions is paved all the way to the state highways (3 miles each way).

There are also 3 pastures for haying or animals. One is fenced and has a 3-sided animal shelter, is approximately 1 acre. The others are about 2-3 acres each that at least 10 round hay bales can be gotten twice a year from. Plus there are approximately 3 acres of woods that can be used for wood for burning in the wood-stove. Speaking of trees... there's an apple tree, wild plum trees, wild cherry trees, wild persimmon trees, oak trees, Walnut trees, etc.

It's a very quiet area with the closest neighbors being about 6 city blocks away. We're kind of in our own, little weather climate. Most of the time 'severe' thunderstorms either go north or south of us. I'm telling ya, if you've wanted to live in the country, this is an absolutely beautiful place to do it. We're only moving because we've been here for 10 years and have been bitten by the wander lust bug. *smile*
