Park day and stuff

I hope everyone is being quiet because you're having a fantastic time doing whatever is keeping you busy. :-) We've been keeping busy swimming and hot tubbing at the apartment complex, running to the grocery store every so often, and stuff. Angelica and I went to a sports equipment store called Academy Sports and Outdoors (1). There's a lot of cool stuff we'd like. lol. When our ship comes in I guess, assuming that ship has even set sail. lol. Other than that, Angelica has put in a few more applications at some fast-food places. I've been doing online reading and homework assignments for my JavaScript class. Eldin has been studying computer games and online videos. You know, just day-to-day stuff. Today we went to a park and met with some other homeschoolers and played in a water thing that has water shooting up in several spots, coming down in a shower-like thingy, etc. They call them "Splash Pads"(2). It was fun, but we only had Ramen for breakfast. By the time 3 o'clock rolled around (we got there between 1:30 & 2 PM), we were starving, so we came home. Changed clothes, told Eldin to put his shoes on, and I took us to Jack N' The Box for some real food that was delicious. I had the first cola I've drank in like 4 or 5 days. Didn't even get a refill, but boy was that Mellow Yellow tasty though! By the way, it's been almost 2 weeks since I quit smoking cigarettes. So far so good. Tomorrow we'll be driving to Dallas/Garland TX to see Mary's granddaughter perform in the Karaoke semi finals.

Have a safe and enjoyable drive. Tell Mary I said "hello."

I will definitely pass the "hello" on to her. Later, Tater :)

I love those splash pad things! You get just wet enough to be comfortable! Have a safe trip to Mary's and give her a big hello from us too.

Lee, of course your hello will be passed to her, with They Are Not Aware's :-)

I miss having someone who I feel completely safe to talk with that more or less gets me. The people we've met are nice people, but I guess it's going to take time to *really* connect with them or anyone else. In other words, I miss you guys too.
