I awoke
early (10 AM) for our weekly Saturday chat with a few of my MS support group friends. I really have no
major plans for today. I think I will run to The Corner Market and look for a
caffeine free cappuccino. It was suggested to me that I get a vanilla flavored
one. When I do on the rare occasion get one, it’s usually a Hazelnut flavored
one, but change is good, right? Speaking of plans, I’ve been thinking that I should
go ahead and shave my neck and face so that I look presentable at daughter’s
wedding. I do have a couple of weeks before that happens, but I’ve been feeling
scruffy, so I’m going to do it soon, most likely today.
It’s already
94 degrees Fahrenheit out there, so I should probably get to the store before
it gets any hotter. The forecast says the high will be 100 here. Austin and Houston, TX are east of me and they’re
both in a heat advisory right now.

Ha! Today we are finally *not* getting into the high 90s or above 100 for the first time in weeks; we might be able to turn off the ACs tonight.

It's been a strange weather summer here in New England Todd. Back from camping in lower NH with the kids and at night we could see our breath it was so cold!
Egads! Lee, that's really cold. Been a long time since I've been able to see my breath. Not that I miss it, mind you. LOL Just sayin' :)
