We're going to offer a deal to a friend's sister who lives outside of Buffalo who wants to be closer than Bolivar. We're thinking of doing a lease option to buy, asking for $1500 to move in and for another $500 we'll leave it fully furnished. Then they'd pay us %500 per month, we'd pay the mortgage company until the leaser decided they want to get a loan and pay a mortgage company instead of us. Email me for more detailed info.
